UNC is committed to working with families and individuals to help build stability and independence and promote safe, vibrant neighborhoods. UNC opens its doors throughout the year to those who are most in need. Hospitality, advocacy, neighborly kindness and compassion are extended to all through a caring staff and a wide array of community service programs. Our community service programs are vast and include such programs as HIV/Antibody Testing & Education, Domestic Violence Intervention, Community Organizing, Emergency Assistance and many more.

Emergency Services: Rental Assistance, Energy Assistance, Gasoline Cards, Birth Certificates, Bus Tickets, Bus Passes, Pennsylvania Identification, Prescription Assistance; Angel’s Attic; Food Assistance; Domestic Violence Intervention; Community Organizing; HIV/AIDS Confidential Testing; Thanksgiving Feed-A-Friend; Christmas Toy Store
