About this program

The Puyallup Nation Housing (PNHA) Authority has been established for the following purposes; to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing to low-income tribal members and other Indians; to remedy unsafe and unsanitary housing conditions that are injurious to the public health, safety and morals; to alleviate the acute shortage of decent, safe and sanitary dwellings for persons of low income; to provide employment opportunities through the construction, reconstruction, improvement, extension, alteration or repair and operation of eligible dwellings; to provide drug and alcohol free housing; and to manage and maintain residential properties that are owned by the Tribe and/ or the Authority for the purpose of providing housing to Tribal members and the Indian community.
