Madison County Community Development

The purpose of the Madison County Community Development Department is the development of viable communities by providing adequate affordable housing, a suitable living environment, expanding economic opportunities and providing services primarily for low and moderate income persons. Various Federal and State grant programs provide the base of funding for the Department.
