The mission of the Johnson City Housing Authority is: To cost effectively assist eligible very low and low income families by providing opportunities for affordable housing and socioeconomic advancement in a discrimination-free environment; and To affirmatively address the physical needs of the Authority’s housing developments to ensure a decent, safe, and sanitary environment for employees and residents.
