SPHA provides rental opportunities to qualifying residents at below-market rates, either through units we own or through units owned by the private sector. We currently administer or operate five public housing communities, one affordable housing development, and more than 3,000 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers within SPHA’s jurisdictional area, which includes the city of St. Petersburg and a 10-mile radius outside of St. Petersburg.
