About this program

Dorcas Ministries provides crisis relief to area residents who seek stability and self-sufficiency through food and financial assistance, scholarships, training programs, referrals and an affordable thrift shop. Our focus area is Cary and Morrisville. For those outside our region we can provide referral services. Christian Community In Action exists to help our local neighbors who face immediate crisis. Founded on Matthew 25:31-45, volunteers carry out Christs command to love our neighbors. Christian Community in Action is a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization.
