About this program

The Concho Valley Community Action Agency (CVCAA) is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit corporation founded in 1966. Although programs and services have changed throughout the years, the purpose has never wavered: fighting the causes of poverty in the Concho Valley. Currently CVCAA touches 14 counties. The home office is located at 36 East Twohig, San Angelo, in the basement of the historic Cactus Hotel.
