The AIDS Leadership Foothills-area Alliance (ALFA) is an AIDS Service Organization committed to improve/maintain the health status of persons living with HIV in our nine county service area: Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Lincoln, Watauga and Wilkes counties.
