It is the mission of the White Plains Housing Authority to provide a decent, safe and affordable housing stock for our residents. In addition we strive to assure that Public Housing in White Plains is an integral element of the community fiber of the City. The quality of life for residents is our paramount concern. We endeavor to achieve this mission by a making sure the Authority is responsive to our residents needs, and operated in the most efficient manner possible.
