Both

Westbrook Housing provides affordable and market-rate apartments to seniors, low-income families, people with disabilities, individuals, and couples. Our communities offer clean and safe housing to active seniors or those who may need supportive services—including on-site meals and housekeeping help—now or in the future. We also have market rate apartments for individuals and couples.
