West Monroe Housing Authority

West Monroe Section 8 Housing administeres federal funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the Housing Choice Voucher Program for residents in the city limits of West Monroe. This program provides rental assistance for elderly, handicapped, disabled and low-income families to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market. The participant is free to choose any housing, including single-family homes, townhouses and apartments that meets the requirements of the program.
