The Watervliet Housing Authority offers two types of housing - Public Housing and Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. We operate 306 units of public housing throughout the City of Watervliet. Through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, residents receive rental assistance to help rent apartments owned by private landlords.
