About this program

Utility/Rental Assistance for residents of Garden County is provided through Volunteers of America - Western Nebraska with funding from Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska and the United Methodist Church of Oshkosh. This service is based on utilities imagefederal guidelines for income eligibility. Please note that assistance is based on availability of funds. Please call (308) 778-5548 to schedule an appointment. Clients need to provide a copy of the utility bill with usage - not just the mail in stub. Social security numbers and birthdates for all household members will be needed. It is the desire of Volunteers of America - Western Nebraska to serve our community. Every client is treated with respect.
