Venango County Office of Opportunity (OEO)

The Venango County Office of Opportunity (OEO) is a public, non-profit community action agency operating under the auspices of the Board of Venango County Commissioners, with policy and service input provided by a 15-member advisory committee. OEO is also responsible for the administration of the County’s Weatherization and Transportation Programs.
