About this program

The United Passaic Organization (UPO), the designated Community Action Agency for the City of Passaic is a non-profit, broad based community service organization, which is committed to providing service to enhance the quality of life of the people of Passaic. The organization was incorporated in 1981 by an interfaith group of clergy and lay people, who wanted to improve the quality of life in Passaic by addressing issues of common concern.
