The Town of Orono has a General Assistance program for people in need. If you need help, your city or town is required to take your application for General Assistance. Applications will be taken at the Town Offices at the following times: Wednesday - 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Assistance for basic needs such as Rent, Mortgage, Electricity, LP Gas, Heating Fuel, Food, Household/Personal Supplies
