Town of Holden - General Assistance

General Assistance is a service administered by the Town of Holden for the immediate aid of people who are unable to provide the basic necessities essential to maintain themselves or their families. The program is intended to help people who are in need and have nowhere else to turn. Applications are accepted at the Town of Holden between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. each Thursday. In an emergency, a person may apply for assistance anytime. Applications for General Assistance may be picked up at the Town of Holden.
