To apply for non-emergency, local welfare assistance, please fill out the Town of Chester’s Welfare Application Form and sign in all three (3) places in front of a Notary. Once an Application is completed, you may call (603) 887-4979 or drop off the Application with supportive documentation requested prior to making an appointment. The Town of Chester Welfare Application Form can be found online at the bottom of this Section or at the Town Municipal Complex, 84 Chester Street, Chester, NH 03036 in the front office or in the hallway by the Maps.
