Tioga Opportunities, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit human service agency that serves Tioga County, N.Y. In its 45-plus years, the agency has become a major provider of human services in the county. Its current operating budget is more than $10.5 million. More than 170 employees and 350 volunteers provide service to the community. Mission: To advance the self-sufficiency, well-being and growth of individuals, families and communities through human services, education, advocacy and resources.
