The Salvation Army Tualatin Valley Citadel is a faith-based ministry that provides services to any person in need in Washington County without discrimination in a friendly and dignified environment. With the help of donors, volunteers and partner agencies in the community, the Tualatin Valley Citadel (TVC) seeks to improve the lives of our less fortunate neighbors by eliminating hunger, instilling hope where there is hopelessness and inspiring faith.
