The Salvation Army - Northwest Hills (Winsted Regional Service Center)

To better serve the local community in a more efficient manner, in early 2013 The Salvation Army integrated our Torrington Corps and our Winsted /Colebrook Service Units into what we now call Northwest Hills. Now serving people in need in the towns of Canaan, Colebrook, Cornwall, Goshen, Kent, Norfolk, North Canaan, Salisbury, Sharon, Torrington, and Winsted and area villages and communities.
