About this program

The Salvation Army's Newport Corps has been a fixture of the community for over 120 years. Originally established 1889, the Corps opened up on Broadway Street, but would eventually move to its current location in 1974. The Corps has experienced many changes and obstacles throughout the course of its long history, but still continues to provide a constant and consistent level of service to the community.
