About this program

Harbor Light Village, which opened in early 2008, includes a center for homeless services, a facility for addiction recovery and a corps community center complete with a chapel, gymnasium, exercise rooms, classrooms and a computer lab. The Salvation Army will continue to operate an early childhood learning center, Hispanic outreach ministry and emergency assistance site in downtown Kansas City, Kansas.
