<p>Do NOT become down and out in Boise ID! Programs either help those already with sources of income or people who made poor life choices. ZERO help for the 30yr tax payer who fell on hard times. ZERO help for someone who has never received any public assistance, welfare or help. But they will gladly help the 20 yr old single mother collecting Social Security, on food stamps in Section 8 housing, who has never worked a day in her life... God Bless the USofA</p>
