Project Housing Opportunities and Prevention Efforts (H.O.P.E.) is comprised of several funding resources that allow The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness (TCP) to provide prevention assistance to individuals and families at risk of homelessness in the District of Columbia. Through these resources, TCP provides financial assistance to eligible residents to sustain housing with the ultimate goals of homeless prevention and housing retention.
