SNCC’s family stabilization services help individuals and families in immediate crisis. SNCC staff working with these programs are able to provide a conduit to existing personal and community resources. These family support services include our: Basic Needs Programs, which offers families and individuals experiencing hunger, current or imminent homelessness, or other crises access to food, personal items, clothing, direct financial assistance, and referrals.

SNCC’s Homeless Prevention Program - provides financial assistance, in the form of first month’s rent will transition individuals/families leaving homeless shelters into independent and affordable housing; SNCC’s Food Pantry; SNCC’s Social Work Team; Power Source Parenting
