Sunland Park HA

The Sunland Park Authority of the City of Sunland Park manages 40 units in all, located at 100 Villa Del Rio Loop: five 1-bedroom dwelling units assigned to senior citizens, five 2-bedroom dwelling units, fifteen 3-bedroom dwelling units, and fifteen 4-bedroom dwelling units. The Public Housing Program provides affordable housing to 40 very low-income families. Residents’ rent in the public housing program is subsidized by the federal government. Applicants to the public housing program must be income eligible and residents must adhere to program rules.
