SHA belongs to the Massachusetts Centralized Waiting List along with 80+ other housing authorities, and gives preference on the waiting list to applicants that live or work in southern Berkshire County (towns south of Pittsfield), are of very low income, are working or disabled, or are 62 years of age or older.
