St. Matthews Area Ministries

St. Matthews Area Ministries seeks to unite the resources and people of area congregations to effectively meet community needs. The EA program networks with other community services and agencies in assuring that available resources are channeled to legitimate needs. The EA program serves clients from the 40207 zip code. The goal of EA is to address immediate crisis needs, helping to stabilize a family for at least 30 days. Rent, utilities, food and assistance in finding employment are some of the ways we help clients. Clients are screened and assessed for short and long-term needs to help determine how St. MAM can best intervene.
