The rental housing at the St. Cloud HRA consists of four funding areas. The four areas are Public Housing, Section 8 New Construction, Tax Credit and Affordable. Each of the areas have a Waiting List - In the past fiscal year, the Housing Department contacted 2,551 applicants.
