St Clair Shores Housing Commission

The St. Clair Shores (SCS) Housing Commission administers federally funded rental assistance programs for low-income families in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations. The Housing Commission administers Public Housing and Section 8 Voucher programs. The Public Housing program consists of Leisure Manor Apartments for those who are 62 years of age or older, handicapped or disabled - and Scattered Site Housing for families. The Section 8 Voucher program utilizes privately owned rental properties for households of all sizes.
