Southwest Solutions - Housing Resource Center

We offer various types of housing subsidies that serve homeless persons with severe and persistent mental illness or chronically homeless persons without a disabling condition. Our Rental Assistance Program (RAP) oversees the distribution of available rental subsidies. The compliance department verifies the eligibility and income of each applicant. Persons eligible for rental assistance pay no more than 30% of their income toward rent.
