Neighborhood Place works with communities to provide blended and accessible health, education, employment and human services that support children and families in their progress toward self-sufficiency.
Services offered
Emergency financial assistance (Mortgage Payment Assistance, Rent Payment Assistance, Rental Deposit Assistance, Utility Service Payment Assistance) for those who are eligible; Food Stamps; Medical Card/KCHIP; KTAP - Kentucky Temporary Assistance Program; Child abuse intervention and prevention; School Social Services and Truancy Referrals; HANDS - support services for first time parent; Family Intervention/Case Management Services
