Section 8
HCV Rental Assistance Program - This program will help pay your rent if you are an income eligible family or individual. Participants need to find their own rental units. These units must meet Federal HCV Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and landlords must be willing to participate in the program. Tenants receive rental assistance based on income and household size. Eligible families and individuals pay 30% to 40% of their gross annual income towards the gross rent. The HRA pays the balance of the rent
