EOC helps people to help themselves, empowering and guiding families through times of crisis and uncertainty and providing a safety net for our neighbors who will always require assistance. Since 1973, the Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council has helped thousands of local families. EOC assists families address their immediate most basic needs.
