Can you give give assistance and funding for rent on housing outside of the county?

I have been trying to get help with housing asst and its been discouraging because i have not been told the coreect details or they change and then i dont find the right places and then i have to fill out the application repeatedly for little things that can and could be correctted at a interview wich prolongs the process .then im discouraged again when its already hard enough being homeless with my family.Well i did not give up and have been blessed with a place for me and my family.and now i need help with rent and deposit and so forth so we can find jibs .make a family plan to keep our rent paid and lights on.I am of sioux nation in north dakota and my grandma was a native rights activists and was known for her good frybread.I am so tired and ik its not the tribes fault but its thr tribes responsibility to help other tribal members and look out for there people not make things hard or guide us thru please i need my family in a place its cold we got my grandson hes 1 and another on the way my kids work hard at any job we just need a stable place and we r willing to come together as 1 and keep our place.This is our xmas wish.Please the landlord is not gonna hold this place for too long we have a lil money saved we gave him to hold off but we need the asst fast not wait 30days and go back and forth hes willing to rent to us please please get back to me all i have is my email rn Laupolatillie@gmail.com and wendy kolopa was helping me but we both got frustrated and idk but please lead me in the right direction.Thank You
