As one of the largest property owners in Sacramento, SHRA provides safe and decent housing for 51,000 residents. We house and provide services to extremely low income families in our 3,400 public housing units. We also administer rental assistance in private housing through more than 11,000 vouchers funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
