Rock Island City Housing Authority

RIHA provides affordable, decent and sanitary housing opportunities to low- and moderate income families including elderly and disabled persons, while supporting programs to foster economic self-sufficiency and personal growth. RIHA provides rental assistance to families who pay no more than 30% of their income toward rent and utilities. RIHA is an independent, not-for-profit agency that receives most of its funding through the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
