Rise - A Community Service Partnership

Rise is the primary non-profit social service organization in eastern Mercer County, NJ. We provide referral and support services to families and individuals in need. We offer a wide range of programs that help struggling members of our local community build independence and achieve their full potential. In partnership with FEMA and the Salvation Army we provide funds for short-term emergency shelter, utility payment, rental assistance, arbitration, and medication assistance to families and individuals in need.
