Real Life Center

The Real Life Center is a non-profit organization serving permanent resident families in Fayette and Coweta counties that are going through difficult times. We seek to provide a “hand up” rather than a “handout”. We offer a one-year program designed to help families get back on their feet and to encourage them to set goals that will help promote long-term change. In 2013 we were able to share over 420,000 lbs of food and to assist with more than 4,700 family visits. Families accessed programs such as food, clothing, financial assistance and educational classes. Volunteers gave over 18,000 hours through our main center, two upscale thrift shops, a monthly mobile food pantry and our Harvest for Real Life Orchard.
