RKCAA has been providing a broad array of anti-poverty services in Racine and Kenosha counties since 1967 under the guidance of a Board of Directors comprised of representatives from government, the private sector and the low-income community. Our Mission: To focus and direct all available resources in order to enable low-income individuals, in rural and urban areas, to attain the skills, knowledge and motivation to achieve self-sufficiency.
