About this program

The Pueblo de Cochiti Housing Authority (PdCHA) was established in 1998 by Cochiti Tribal Council Ordinance 1996-02, as amended to: Remedy unsafe and unsuitable housing conditions that are injurious to the pueblo health, safety and morals; Alleviate the acute shortage of decent, sage and suitable dwellings for person of low income; Provide employment opportunities through the construction reconstruction, improvement extensions, alterations or repair and operation of low income dwellings.
