Community Action Partnership is the managing agent for the Preble County Metropolitan Housing Authority and administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program. This program assists low-income individuals and families afford decent, safe and sanitary housing in the private market. Eligible individuals and families are issued a housing voucher, and are free to find a suitable housing unit of their choice.
