Portland C.A.R.E.S.

The ultimate mission of the Portland Christian Association for the Relief of Economic Suffering (C.A.R.E.S.) is to provide, to the maximum extent possible with the available resources, emergency assistance with food, clothing, rent, utilities and prescription medicine to Sumner County residents living in Portland, Westmoreland, Bethpage and Cottontown who can demonstrate need and are economically eligible.
