Established in 1950 The Pontiac Housing Commission (PHC) administers federal and state funded rental assistance programs for low-income families, elderly, and disabled persons in the Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan area. We also administer the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and various Homeownership and Resident Service Programs. We provide assistance to over 1100 families.
