People In Need, Inc. of Delaware County Ohio (PIN) is a private, not-for-profit 501 (C)(3) social services agency dedicated to providing emergency assistance to Delaware County residents. Delaware County is one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S. – growing from 53,840 in 1980 to over 184,000 in 2015. Financial aid is provided by the United Way of Delaware County and community donations.
