General Roland Parkhill Apartments (24 units), Washington Courts (Tige Robinson Apartments) (32 units that have just been renovated), Vernon Place (140 units which were designed and built; 90 for family and 40 for elderly and handicapped.) Vernon Place is local in walking distance to Inman School. All units have central air and heat.
