The Norton Redevelopment & Housing Authority serves the city of Norton in the Appalachian mountains of far southwestern Virginia. It aims to provide safe, quality and affordable housing in a suitable living environment without discrimination for low and very-low income families, persons with disabilities, the elderly and to promote self-sufficiency through economic opportunity.
