Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission remain committed to our mission to plan, develop and coordinate programs and services designed to combat problems of poverty and to seek the elimination of the conditions of poverty as they affect the residents of the counties we serve. We continue to offer guidance to the consumers of our services, in the attainment of skills, knowledge and motivation that are necessary to become and remain self-sufficient members of the communities in which they live.
