Northwest Oregon Housing Authority

The housing authority provides approximately 5 million dollars annually in rental assistance in Clatsop, Tillamook and Columbia counties. The wait time for rental assistance is approximately 3 years. Pre-applications can be requested by calling, faxing or e-mailing. Our waiting list is open. Pre-applications go on the waiting list as to date and time received. When funding is available applications are pulled in date order. If you are requesting an application and live outside our jurisdiction you will automatically be placed on the Clatsop County list.
